The Role
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to hide behind a screen. We’re after a hands-on Senior Designer or Design Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, lead from the front, and shape the creative output of our agency. You’ll work across brand, web, digital, and campaign design – bringing ideas to life with purpose, clarity, and impact.

You’ll help us build a world-class design department from the ground up: refining processes, developing standards, mentoring junior talent, and injecting design thinking into everything we do.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading on creative direction across brand identities, campaigns, websites, and social media
Collaborating closely with strategy, copy, dev, and paid media teams to deliver standout work
Creating brand guidelines, UI mockups, pitch visuals, and final artwork to a high standard
Helping shape and grow the internal design team – including hiring, mentoring, and workflow management
Contributing to internal brand development across Ouma and our group brands

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in a design role, ideally agency-side
A killer portfolio that shows versatility across brand, digital, and UI
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
Strong understanding of design systems, brand development, and digital-first design
Leadership qualities – confident communicator, strategic thinker, natural team builder
Bonus points if you’ve worked with Figma, Canva, or Webflow
