We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Paid Advertising Executive. This full-time role is perfect for someone who has experience in Paid Advertising and wants to take their experience to the next level, applying it to a variety of customers in a fast-paced marketing agency. We’re looking for a self-starter who wants to deliver best in class results for our amazing customers.
The Role:
As our Paid Advertising Executive, you’ll play a key role in building and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for a diverse range of clients. You’ll also get the opportunity to expand your skills into reporting, conversion tracking, and even new channels like email marketing and other Paid Advertising platforms.
You’ll work closely with the wider strategy and delivery teams, taking ownership of performance, reporting, and optimisation, with plenty of learning and development opportunities along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Paid Advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager
Analyse performance data and report on KPIs to internal teams and clients
Optimise campaigns based on performance insights to drive improved results
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creative is aligned with campaign goals
Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices
Support wider marketing efforts, including testing new channels such as email marketing or other Paid Advertising platforms (e.g. TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
What We’re Looking For:
1-2+ years’ experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and goal setup.
Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with performance data and drawing actionable insights.
Clear and confident communication skills, especially when reporting campaign performance to clients.
A genuine interest in marketing and a hunger to learn, improve, and explore new tools and platforms.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage your workload effectively.
Nice to Have (but not essential):
Experience with other paid platforms (e.g. TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
