We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Apprentice. This full-time role is perfect for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of social media marketing while contributing to impactful campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.

Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Monitor and respond to comments and messages to build community engagement.
Support the development of social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Analyse social media performance metrics and contribute to reports with insights for improvement.
Research trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with team members on creative campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Create engaging, innovative, and trend-driven content.
Utilise video and editing tools to enhance the quality and creativity of social content.

Requirements:
Passion for social media, creativity, and digital storytelling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social scheduling platforms is a plus but not essential.
